Grange Park’s primary aim is to safeguard and promote the welfare of families, vulnerable children and young people whilst working with parents and assisting them to work towards achieving their own goals.
We provide safe, transitional, supportive accommodation for vulnerable families and their children under the guidance of our parenting, educational support programme
Grange Park aims to break the cycle of care by using experienced staff to promote self-sufficiency and hence avoiding re-entry into the care system.

Grange Park is a comfortably furnished residential homes that offers four high quality parenting assessments placements to Local Authorities.
Aims & Objectives
We aim to support ‘vulnerable’ parents to improve the quality of their own and their children’s lives and to achieve better outcomes by;
• Raising their self- awareness, self-esteem and self-confidence.
• Monitoring parental responsiveness
• Setting achievable personal goals.
• Acting as an intermediary or advocate to access information or advice.
• Promoting health, education, training and employment support.
• Teaching a range of parenting skills and life-skills to encourage independence
Grange Park believes in working in partnership with professionals, parents and significant others to deliver a service that offers a ‘best value’ provision.
Grange Park believes that best practice demands a multi-disciplinary approach. We therefore liaise closely with providers of relevant local services/resources such as GPs, Health Visitors, Psychologists and Paediatricians as well as all professionals and significant others who are involved in the lives of the service users and their children

Due to reasons beyond our control, Grange Park Parenting Assessment Unit will unfortunately not be operating residential parenting assessment services for the immediate future. Please be assured that this is not practice related and this can be confirmed from our recent Ofsted service where Grange Park were rated an overall 'GOOD' by Ofsted.
